Prices include water and electricity upto 300 kW. The house is rented on a weekly basis from Sunday 4 p.m. to 10 a.m. the following Sunday. If you make your booking within four weeks before your arrival, you will be asked to pay the total amount together with the reservation.
Final cleaning € 50. The holiday home is suitable to rent the whole year round. Click for the booking form (new window).

How to get to Le Coderc from Les Eyzies:
When you're in Les Eyzies follow the D47 direction Sarlat >From that road, turn right onto the D48 direction Meyrals-St.Cyprien. After about 2 kms. take the first turn left and follow the signs that indicate ‘ Le Repaire’. The road leads up through the forest. Arriving on the top of the hill turn right (you see the signs for Le Repaire on your left but you just go straight) and then straight on until, at a crossroad, you’ll see the house to your right: you have arrived at Le Coderc!
