Just outside Les Eyzies, in a private rural setting, lies the holiday home Le Coderc. The private swimming pool (9x5, depth descending to approx.1.70 m.) is equipped with a security fence. There is also a fenced garden which has lovely views over the surrounding country side. The house has been fully restored with loving care in the typical Périgord style, in keeping with the surrounding area of Les Eyzies which has been placed on the UNESCO world heritage list. Le Coderc accommodates up to 8 people.

The house consists of:
Ground floor: living room with a cosy sitting area, wood stove and sliding patio doors that lead to the covered terrace where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. In the living room you'll also find a satellite TV and a CD player. A small staircase leads up to the spacious kitchen/dining room that is furnished and equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and coffee maker etc. Also on the ground floor you'll find a washing machine, a separate toilet, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with sink and shower. The house is heated with electric central heating and a wood stove. Upstairs: on the floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a sink, the other room has three single beds, a matrass and a cot (Please bring your own cot bedding). Also upstairs you’ll find a bathroom with a sink, a bathtub with separate shower and a separate toilet. On request, we can provide you with a playpen and a high chair. If you wish to hire bedlinen we can provide it for € 12 per person but of course you can also bring your own. This also goes for bath towel sets (€ 5 per set). All beds are single beds and are equipped with single duvets.
